Tim Orr: JUMPING IN WITH BOTH FEET
How do we start scenes with confidence, variety, vitality and clarity? How do we start in the beginning, the middle, the end of something? How do we make the most of the initial “Big Bang” of scenes? In this class, we’ll work on “hitting the stage” with energy and commitment and the elements that help us do that: Volume, Clarity, Specificity, Implied History, Emotions, Agreement. Also, this class will have a strong emphasis on playing characters who get along with each other. This is a powerful and transformative approach that will change your improv for good!
This workshop is part of the Main Workshop Schedule and consists of 3 x 4 Hour sessions on the 6, 9 & 10 Nov Morning Sessions from 9am – 1pm.
