Torsten Voller Hamburg, Germany improviser, moderator, facilitator, coach Torsten Voller has been involved with improvisation since 1997. After performing written scenes in a comedy group he had discovered his skills and the fun in being interactive with an audience and incorporating impro elements on stage. That’s why he joined the improvisation ensemble “Steife Brise“ in Hamburg, Germany as an improviser.
Torsten is now one of the two managing directors of the “Steife Brise“. In 2003 he started living just on improvisation and his ensemble “Steife Brise“ with their 14 actors have been full-time performers since then. They play shows regularly in Hamburg and do corporate shows all over Germany. Beside performing in various impro-shows Torsten focusses on working with companies. He creates show-concepts and designs and runs corporate trainings on his background of improvised theatre for big companies in Germany and Europe. He hosts impro-shows, panel discussions, workshops in business and theatre in front of an audience from 5 till 2000 people.
In the corporate training work Torsten is mainly interested in working with group-structure. He points out the truth that he discovers and therefore allows the group to improve their teamwork with the methods he then presents. Torsten also teaches hosting/facilitating/moderation of shows as well as truly being in contact with an audience. Torsten has taught many workshops for actors, improvisers and business people.
